The site may be closed to AI crawlers
Some clinic sites built on templates or behind security settings block the crawlers behind ChatGPT in robots.txt, often without anyone choosing it. They then can't read your services and doctors pages.
No structured description of services
AI builds an answer from clear text: services, hours, emergency care. If the site has only a booking form, there is little to read.
The clinic profile lives in directories
If the clearest information about your clinic is in general directories rather than on your own site, AI engines can only use what they can read. It may be a larger network's profile.
No FAQ in plain text
