1. Who we are
Causabi (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the GEO Fix Engine at causabi.com and ai.causabi.com. Contact: founders@causabi.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email address, and authentication tokens provided during sign-up (via PropelAuth).
- Usage data — pages you analyze, scores generated, monitoring results, and feature usage (stored in our database to provide the service).
- Payment data — processed by Stripe or EasyPay. We do not store full card numbers. Billing plan and subscription status are stored on our servers.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and request logs for security and debugging.
- Analytics — usage events, session analytics, and error diagnostics via PostHog (cloud). No third-party ad tracking.
3. How we use your data
- To provide, maintain, and improve the GEO Fix Engine service.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, monitoring reports).
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing founders@causabi.com. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions. No marketing or tracking cookies are set. Analytics events are collected without cookies where possible.

8. Security
We use TLS in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, and follow OWASP security practices. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.
9. Children
The service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or a banner on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
