Free — check how AI reads your site
Free is a working plan: one site, the full AI score, a list of issues, a preview of the fix files for that site and a public AI profile on causabi.com. No card required. The files themselves are in the files pack ($19 once) or in a paid plan. Free has no mention monitoring: you see what stops AI from reading your site, but not whether AI names you.
Starter — a weekly report on autopilot
$20/mo, monthly billing only. Up to 3 sites, files and the full check for each of them, and a weekly report on 10 queries across ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Claude. No keys of your own needed — reports run on ours. Fits a small business owner who wants a weekly answer to one question: are we mentioned, and what changed?
Pro — for SEO specialists
$49/mo, or $470 a year with annual billing. 10 sites, 30 queries per report, full query analytics with trends, API access and priority support. This is the plan for someone who does this work professionally: a freelancer with several projects, or an in-house marketer who needs numbers over time, not a one-off snapshot.
Agency — client sites under one roof
$99/mo, or $950 a year with annual billing. Up to 25 client sites, 50 report queries, a multi-client dashboard and reports with sources, so you can show a client where every number comes from. Plus your own Gemini and OpenAI keys (connected on request; you pay for report usage directly) and personal onboarding. A white-label report option is available on request.
How this compares to hiring an agency
A year of Pro on annual billing costs $470. In Ahrefs’ survey of 439 SEO providers (ahrefs.com/blog/seo-pricing, 2024 edition, checked 11 October 2026), the most common monthly retainer is $501–1,000.
That comparison is only honest for what software can actually do: the check, the generated files (Schema.org, robots.txt, llms.txt), and a weekly mention report across four AI engines. An agency also gives you hands, content strategy and external mentions — Causabi does not write your content or build your brand. If you have budget for both, they don’t compete: the Agency plan is there for agencies that want Causabi for client work. If you don’t, the point is simple — the technical layer, the part that is checkable and automatable, shouldn’t cost agency money.
How billing works
Short answer: card payment through a hosted checkout page, monthly by default. Pro and Agency also come with annual billing at 20% off — $470 and $950 a year. Cancel anytime from the dashboard (Plan and billing); access runs until the end of the paid period.
Plan limits are hard limits: when you hit your site or query cap, nothing extra gets billed — you either free up a slot or upgrade. Your bill never grows without an action from you. Free and the first check need no card at all.

What’s included in the free plan?
1 site, the AI score, a plain-language list of issues and a preview of the fix files built from your pages: file names, what each one fixes, the first lines with your data and our scorer’s estimate after installation. Plus a public AI profile on causabi.com. The files themselves are in the files pack ($19 once per site) or in any paid plan. Sign up without a card.
What do I get for $19?
One site, one payment, no subscription. You get schema.jsonld (type matched to your business, only fields found on your pages), faq-block.html (FAQ markup and HTML; each answer cites its page, unconfirmed answers are dropped), llms.txt (a map of your real pages), robots.txt (your current file plus an AI bot policy), alt-texts.csv (alt text for images that have none; if there are none, the file is left out) and a README with steps for your platform. Where a platform does not let you put a file in the site root (Tilda, Wix, Shopify), the README says so and gives a workaround. After you install the files, Check installation crawls your live site and shows our score before and after. Files do not fix freshness. The score is ours; it is not a promise of AI answers. Starter, Pro and Agency include the files.
How is Starter different from Pro?

Do you offer white-label reports?
A white-label report option is available on request for Agency customers — contact us. By default the Agency plan includes reports with sources, so you can show your client where every number comes from.
Is there a trial?
The first check of any site is free, no card required. Paid plans have no separate trial: start a plan, cancel anytime.
Can I pay annually?
Yes, Pro and Agency come with annual billing at a 20% discount ($470 and $950 a year). Starter is monthly only.
How do I cancel?
Anytime from the dashboard, in Plan and billing — no calls or emails needed. Access stays until the end of the paid period.
Can I pay in rubles with a Russian card?
Yes. Prices are in USD, or in rubles when you pay with a Russian card: Starter — 1,990 RUB/mo, Pro — 4,990 RUB/mo, Agency — 9,900 RUB/mo, paid through a hosted checkout page. Ruble plans are monthly only for now — the 20% annual discount applies to USD billing.
Do I need my own Gemini or OpenAI keys?
On the Agency plan you add them in dashboard settings: reports run on your keys, so you control what they cost. On Free, Starter and Pro you don’t need keys — everything runs on ours.
What happens when I hit my site or query limit?
Nothing gets billed automatically — limits are hard. You can't add a site or query beyond the cap: free up a slot (remove an old one) or move to the next plan. Upgrades work anytime.
What happens to my account after I cancel?
Access to paid features stays until the end of the paid period. Your account and data are not deleted — you can return to a paid plan whenever you need it again.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The first check and the Free plan work without a card. A card is only needed at the moment you start a paid plan.
